1.
No one under 18 years of age will be admitted into the Seneca
Gaming & Entertainment facility.
2. Everyone MUST purchase an admission packet. Each player
must have a receipt for the session and an admission packet
to play any special games and to be paid for games played.
3. If purchasing Bingo products for another person, that
person must be present at the counter at the time of purchase.
4. Daubers, crayons or china markers are required to mark
all paper specials. Pens and pencils are not permitted to
mark paper specials.
5. It is the player's responsibility to yell "BINGO!"
loud enough to stop the game. Players must hold paper in
the air so caller and floor associates can locate you. You
must BINGO on the last number called. Once the caller closes
the game, NO OTHER BINGOS WILL BE HONORED.
6. All sales will end at "Final Last Call" announced
by the caller.
7. Seneca Gaming & Entertainment is not responsible
for unused, misplaced, damaged or malfunctioned bingo products.
8. All "Players Choice" (yellow carbon copies)
MUST be turned in before the start of the game. Seneca Gaming
security or authorized floor supervisor/manager must initial
all corrections to be valid.
9. All Mystery #'s must have a full name "clearly"
signed with the carbon copy turned in (at the designated
areas located in the center of the hall and before the first
mystery # is called for that session). $1,199 winners must
show ID to claim the prize. "NO EXCEPTIONS".
10. All Super Pick "7" cards must be filled out
and validated with printed numbers on the bottom of the
card before the start of the Players Choice game. It is
$1 per play and there are a total of 5 plays per card. Match
7 out of the first 14#'s called and win $50,000. All prizes
will be paid out within 7 working days. This is an insured
game, ID to claim prizes is required.
11. All Tag-A-Long games must be purchased before that start
of the second half of each session offered. Cover the top
or bottom row in 7 balls called or less and win $50,000.
After 7 numbers have been called, the card becomes a regular
card in play for the standard prize. All prizes will be
paid within 7 working days. This is an insured game, ID
to claim prizes is required.
12. One (1) form of picture ID (with current address) and
"original" social security card is required for
all winnings over $1,199. Without proper ID, no winnings
will be paid out. NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE!
13. You buy the game, you must claim the prize. Claiming
of prizes on behalf of someone else is not permitted.
14. No cash substitutes for prizes unless specified.
15. You must count your change before leaving cashier/associate.
If you believe there was a shortage of product or change,
you will have to wait until the cashier/associate makes
his or her paper and cash drop to verify the overage. No
product or cash will be given before inventory and/or cashroom
confirms the overage.
16. The use of alcohol and drugs is prohibited. Seneca Gaming
& Entertainment will not tolerate foul language and
disruptive behavior. If necessary that person will be asked
to leave and will not be refunded for their purchases,,
including admission packet, extra paper specials, electronic
bingo and TED or Diamonds.
17. No soliciting, peddling or loitering is allowed unless
approved by management.
18. No pictures are to be taken unless approved by management.
19. Cellular phones and pagers are not allowed to be used
within the building.
20, Seneca Gaming & Entertainment is not responsible
for accidents, injuries, personal property within the facility.
21. Accidents are to be reported to the hospital.
22. Complaints or disputes should be submitted in writing
using the "Comments & Suggestion" form provided
at Customer Service and turned into the box for immediate
review and action or forwarded to the proper department
supervisor. Any unsigned or incomplete complaints or disputes
will not be considered valid.
23. All Players Club members are responsible for swiping
their own cards. Club members are to use their card for
themselves only. Swiping your card for another person's
transaction is not allowed.
24. Only one (1) Ted and/or one (1) Diamond allowed per
player during Friday evening, Saturday matinee, Saturday
evening and special games.
25. MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY, INCREASE AND
DECREASE GAMES WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. ALL MANAGEMENT DECISIONS
ARE FINAL.

Bingo Payout Rules
Bi-Level
Bingo is played just the same as a single level bingo
program, on a per game basis. Prize money will be the
same as a single level program. When there are multiple
winners, each will receive prize money proportional to
the total number of winners on that game. For example,
you bingo playing level two on Friday night and there
is a total of 4 winners on that game, you will receive
$250. Prize money is determined by what level you are
playing, divided by the total number of winners.
